Hope Channel Indonesia inaugurated its new studio on Aug. 4, 2026, at the Adventist Church in Central Indonesia, marking a new step in strengthening production quality and expanding the reach of its programming to communities across Indonesia.
The inauguration brought together leaders from Hope Channel International, the Southern Asia-Pacific Division (SSD), and the Seventh-day Adventist Church across Indonesia. The new facility is expected to strengthen Hope Channel Indonesia's capacity to produce quality programming designed to make a positive impact on viewers.
The studio will support the production of programs focusing on health, education and family, as well as content that promotes harmony among Indonesia's diverse religious, ethnic and cultural communities.
The event was attended by Robbie Berghan, Hope Channel International Vice President for Global Media and Engagement; Pastor Roger Caderma, Southern Asia-Pacific Division president; Michael Palar, Hope Channel Coordinator for the Southern Asia-Pacific Division, leaders from the West Indonesia Union Mission, Central Indonesia Union Mission and East Indonesia Union Conference, as well as conference, mission and regional leaders from across Indonesia. Members of the Hope Channel Indonesia board, sponsors and other invited guests also attended the inauguration.
During the program, church and media leaders expressed their hope that the new studio would bring renewed momentum to Hope Channel Indonesia's ministry and strengthen its commitment to producing relevant, high-quality programming that positively contributes to society.
Through the new facility, Hope Channel Indonesia seeks to continue serving communities by sharing useful information, producing content that inspires lives and contributing to stronger relationships among people from Indonesia's diverse backgrounds.
