Adventist Church in the Southern Asia-Pacific Launches LEAD Hub Ahead of Leadership Training
New digital platform supports continuing leadership development across the division

The Southern Asia-Pacific Division (SSD) Information Technology Department has officially launched LEAD Hub, a digital platform designed to provide Adventist leaders with resources for personal growth, organizational development and mission.
The platform was launched ahead of SSD’s upcoming leadership training, part of a continuing series of leadership development programs that has guided and equipped church leaders through previous training cycles. More details in previous article
Developed under the leadership of Pastor Stephen Salainti, SSD vice president for Leadership and Development, LEAD Hub provides a central place where leaders can access materials and resources that complement the division’s ongoing leadership training initiatives.
The platform organizes leadership development around four areas: Leading Self, Leading With Others, Leading in Organizations and Leading Mission Multiplication. Together, these areas encourage leaders to grow personally, strengthen relationships, develop healthier organizations and keep leadership focused on mission.
By launching the platform ahead of the next training cycle, SSD hopes to extend leadership development beyond scheduled training sessions and provide leaders with resources they can continue to use in their respective organizations and areas of responsibility.
LEAD Hub reflects the division’s continuing effort to develop leaders who can serve effectively across the diverse cultures and ministry contexts of Southern Asia-Pacific while remaining focused on the mission of the church.

Youth Leadership Summit Equips Young Leaders for Mission

Loreto and Tubajon, two towns in the island province of Dinagat in northeastern Mindanao, Philippines, experienced a spirit of revival as youth directors from the Adventist churches in the Southwestern Philippines region (SWPUC) spearheaded an evangelistic campaign from August 11–16, 2025. The united outreach, supported by youth leaders from youth leaders in the Southern Asia-Pacific region (SSD), SWPUC, and the Northeastern Mindanao regional office (NeMM), culminated in the baptism of 40 individuals who chose to follow Christ.
The regional initiative calls members to unite through prayer, digital evangelism, and community outreach as part of the global mission movement leading to 2027.

Her participation reflects the active role of women leaders in shaping the mission and administrative direction of the Adventist Church in the region.
