Youph Midori O. Ectin (31 yrs old)

Formerly Youph Midori Okishima, the half-Japanese host of Panimbaya sa Kabuntagon, she started her ministry through singing as an integral part of Sweet Heaven’s Echo (SHE), a group of female only singers. It was through their singing group that she was discovered as a promising new host for Panimbaya sa Kabuntagon World. She had her debut in 2017 and continues volunteering even now both as a program host and a singer.

Youph is a Medical Technology graduate and was a Med Tech instructor at Adventist Medical Center College from 2014 until September 2022. After a series of prayer and contemplations, she decided to leave work to embrace a much higher calling – motherhood. She is now a full time mom to her understandably clingy son, Dywan Yahiko O. Ectin and a much present wife to her husband.
