Rica Arzaga, LPT, MAEd, a college instructor, has served her local church for 3 years as the youth head and Central Negros Adventist Youth Federation Secretary, and one of the Hosts of Let's Pray Pilipinas. An ordinary woman whom God has called to serve in extraordinary ways.
