Two Adventist institutions emerged among the nation’s top-performing nursing schools in the 2025 Nursing Licensure Examination (NLE), reaffirming the mission of Adventist education in preparing compassionate and competent healthcare workers for the country and the world.
Based on the results released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), the Adventist University of the Philippines (AUP) posted a 100 percent passing rate, with all 93 examinees successfully earning their nursing licenses. This performance placed AUP in the Top 1 group of schools with 50 to 99 examinees and at least an 85 percent passing rate.
Following closely, Mountain View College (MVC) in Valencia, Bukidnon secured the second highest ranking nationwide in the same category. MVC achieved a 98.94 percent passing rate, with 93 out of 94 examinees passing the exam. The college remains a consistent performer in national licensure examinations and continues to be recognized for its strong nursing program.
AUP’s perfect score places the institution alongside other universities that recorded a 100 percent passing rate. MVC led the next tier of schools with near-perfect results, surpassing many major colleges and universities across the country.
Administrators and faculty from both AUP and MVC expressed gratitude for the outcome, describing it as a reflection of dedicated training, student perseverance, and God’s continued guidance. The success also highlights the Adventist educational system’s enduring commitment to developing healthcare professionals who bring excellence and the compassion of Christ into their practice.
Graduates from these Adventist institutions serve in hospitals, clinics, community health settings, and international mission fields. The results of the 2025 NLE strengthens the ongoing contribution of Adventist schools to the nation’s healthcare workforce and inspires younger generations to pursue service-oriented careers.
As these new nurses begin their professional journey, both AUP and MVC reaffirm their mission to shape individuals who will care, lead, and serve with integrity—echoing Christ’s healing ministry in every patient encounter.
